为推进无人机快递和无人机配送相关工作，6月20日，衡水市交通运输局向衡水市数据和政务服务局申请共享全市配送企业名录信息，用于了解掌握快递、外卖、物流等配送企业的相关情况。

“以前，要拿到这些数据信息，得逐个企业搜集，费时费力。”衡水市交通运输局相关负责人介绍，不久前，衡水市发布第一批政务数据共享责任清单，通过政务数据共享平台，仅用1天时间，便在市数据和政务服务局拿到了全市的相关企业数据信息。

在传统政务服务模式中，政务数据分散在各个业务部门的系统中，由于欠缺统筹规划，部门协同不足，导致信息难交换、难共享。“这种政务系统间形成的‘信息孤岛’，制约了政务服务效率的提升。”衡水市数据和政务服务局相关负责人表示。

前不久，国务院公布了我国首部政务数据共享领域的行政法规——《政务数据共享条例》，这为加快推进政务信息共享提供了政策遵循。衡水市数据和政务服务局充分发挥数据管理职能，在去年开展公共数据归集“百日攻坚”行动成果的基础上，进一步深化政务数据共享应用，按照“共享为常态、不共享为例外”的原则，加快推动各部门按照应用场景、业务需求开展政务数据归集和共享。
