Excel 收寻字串并传回对等的数值

假设

A4 Runny nose, Fever, Fatigue
A5 Fever (Mild), Itchy throat, Cough
A6 Cough, Fever (Mild)
A7 Myalgia
A8 Weakness, Dyspnoea
A9 Myalgia, Fever, Gastric discomfort
A10 Sore throat, Headache, Dyspnoea, Loss of smell, X-ray imaging indicates presence of pneumonia

想用A456的字串收寻A2还有A2以下 如果有收寻到传回对等的数质 Eg A2 = 3 A4 =5
如果没有提到的话 = 0
然后如果栏位空白 就表格也空白 Eg. A11
该如何打程序呢?
